Execution
How orders are executed
Live orders are routed to an authorised broker. Cash is reserved when you place an order and positions update only from fills the broker confirms. Unused reservations are released automatically.
Practice orders are matched by our simulation engine against the displayed price. Simulated fills are always labelled and never sent to a market.
Virtual funds live in a separate ledger book and can never be withdrawn or converted to real money. You can reset your paper account at any time.
