Accounts
Who can open an account?
Adults aged 18 or over who live in a country where we offer services. Registration is not available in restricted regions.
How long does verification take?
Most identity submissions are reviewed within one to two business days. You will receive an email and a dashboard notification when the status changes.
Is two-factor authentication required?
It is strongly recommended for everyone and required before you can add withdrawal destinations or withdraw funds. It is mandatory for staff accounts.
Investments
Do you guarantee returns?
No. All investments carry risk. Any performance series labelled hypothetical or demonstration is illustrative only.
Can I cancel an investment request?
Yes, while it is awaiting review. Reserved funds are returned to your available balance immediately.
Payments
When will my deposit appear?
After the network confirms your transaction: 2 confirmations for Bitcoin, 12 for Ethereum tokens and 20 for Tron (TRC-20). That is usually 10–60 minutes. You can watch progress on the Deposits page.
Which cryptocurrencies can I deposit?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Tether (USDT on Ethereum ERC-20 or Tron TRC-20) and USD Coin (USDC on Ethereum ERC-20). Always send on the exact network shown — other assets or networks are not credited automatically.
Do you accept cards or bank transfers?
No. Funding is cryptocurrency-only. We never ask for card or bank details.
Why is my withdrawal under review?
Large withdrawals, first withdrawals, new destinations and recent unusual sign-ins are reviewed by our team to protect your account.
What fees do you charge?
A small network fee applies to withdrawals and is shown before you confirm. Investment products show their management fee on the product page.
Security
How is my data protected?
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, sensitive data and documents are encrypted at rest, and staff access is role-based, MFA-protected and audited.
Trading
What is practice (paper) trading?
An optional practice account with virtual funds. Practice orders are simulated, never sent to a market, and virtual balances can never be withdrawn or converted to real money.
Which order types are supported?
Market, limit and stop orders across forex, cryptocurrency, stocks, commodities, indices and ETFs. Paper trading is long-only.
Are prices live?
Each price shows a label: LIVE, DELAYED or SIMULATED. In this environment most prices are simulated for demonstration.
