A clear path from sign-up to your first investment

   Register

   Create your account with your name, email, country and phone number, choose a strong password and accept the terms. We email you a verification link.

   Secure your account

   Turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app in Settings. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe.

   Verify your identity

   Upload a passport, national ID or driving licence, and a recent proof of address. Our compliance team reviews submissions and notifies you of the outcome.

   Practise if you wish

   Every account includes a separate practice account with virtual funds, so you can learn the terminal without risking money.

5. 5

   Fund your account with crypto

   Choose BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC and a network, and send funds to the deposit address shown. Your balance is credited in USD once the transaction reaches the required network confirmations.

6. 6

   Invest or trade

   Request an investment in a published product (funds are reserved during review), or use the trading terminal.

7. 7

   Track and report

   Follow your portfolio, download reports and statements, and get help through support tickets.

8. 8

   Withdraw

   Choose the cryptocurrency and network, enter your wallet address and amount, review the network fee and confirm with your 2FA code. New addresses and larger amounts are reviewed; the withdrawal completes after network confirmation.
